The Brands Associate is responsible for delivering sales and excellent customer service in designated stores.
This position performs tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment. This Associate takes pride in the
Brand, is passionate about product and delivering a positive shopping experience in a service focused,
well-maintained and friendly environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Demonstrated selling experience in a service oriented retail setting. Preference towards the store's
products
Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs, upsell and make recommendations, preferablywith prior knowledge of the product lines.
paced Demonstrated ability to promote product, influence customers and work with a team in afast service environment
Significant interpersonal and relationship, demonstrated ability to stay up to date with industryproducts and services. Retain and apply product knowledge

Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POSEfficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfertransactions, etc. on our handheld
Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.)Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environmentProcess all point of sale transactions in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner while complying withthe company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures
Successfully show consistent performance on quarterly selling observations
