POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate strong selling skills in a fast paced, service-oriented retail environment:
- Ability to Greet, Sell and Thank the customer
- Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service
- Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable Department of Transportation requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on promotions to engage customers effectively.
