We're looking for awesome, upbeat and dedicated Shift Supervisors/Team Leaders. This position is responsible for the daily execution of our Mission Statement, which includes First Class Service to every customer, and ensuring each guest leaves happy!
Team Leaders are an essential part to our team! They perform training functions, direct execution of standards and provides assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing the best service to each guest.
You will be the go-to contact for servers, hosts and bartenders while running a shift when the GM or AM is not available. Shift Supervisors work with the Food and Beverage team to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and daily tasks are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance. Team Leaders provide overall supervision to the team and ensures the restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to stand/work 10 hour shifts
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle tasks calmly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with ability to motivate others
- Intuition to know which areas of the restaurant need your help and jump in when necessary
- Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/reporting
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred
- Ability to learn the Micros POS system
- Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transposition requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Ability to rectify guest complaints ensuring they leave happy and any issues are handled appropriately
Compensation is based on experience.
