KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design Leadership: Lead design development and documentation; maintain design integrity while ensuring technical accuracy.

·         Project Coordination: Work closely with PMs to manage project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.

·         Technical Execution: Develop and oversee construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD; ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.

·         Mentorship: Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.

·         Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and communicate design intent and progress effectively.

·         Construction Administration: Support during CA phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.

·         Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred but not required.

·         4 years of experience producing and coordinating construction documents.

·         Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

·         Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience with entertainment, industrial, retail, or commercial projects is a plus.
