Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement : Connect with clients over the phone and via email to provide outstanding customer service.
Technical Support : Assist clients with website access and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience.
Proactive Outreach : Actively reach out to clients to check on their progress and ensure their satisfaction.
Product Expertise : Clearly and effectively explain our products and services to clients, helping them maximize their benefits.
Feedback Collection : Gather valuable client feedback to help us continuously improve our services.
Issue Resolution : Quickly and efficiently resolve any client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Versatile Duties : Take on additional tasks to support the team and company goals.
What We’re Looking For :
Detail-oriented : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
People Person : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Excellent Communicator : Clear, friendly, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Team-Oriented : Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Multitasking Pro : Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Performance-Driven : Ability to meet and exceed organizational performance standards.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient with computers, phones, and Microsoft Office products.
Educational Background : High school diploma required; college education is a plus.
Work Schedule :
Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

In Person : Must be able to report to work site in person. There is not a remote or work from home option for this position at this time.
Education :
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience :
Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
