- Lead Construction Projects : Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing a culture of excellence in quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate Project Completion : Take charge of project coordination and ensure timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Manage Client Relationships : Foster strong on-site customer relationships by effectively coordinating with clients and subcontractors to fulfill project deliverables.
- Set Deadlines and Monitor Progress : Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and closely monitor progress, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Provide Team Leadership : Offer guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesive project management processes and directing the overall work of the team.
- Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance : Collaborate with customers and Babcock Power Safety and Quality personnel to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
