Summary :
The Salesforce Administrator will be a key contributor to the management and optimization of our Salesforce environment, enhancing user productivity and streamlining business processes. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, data management, and integration with external systems.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required ; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot user issues, optimize workflows, and implement customizations to enhance system performance.
- Strong Analytical Skills : Demonstrated experience in building reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform and drive business decisions.
- Strong ability to collaborate with users and stakeholders across the organization and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Experience in Agile or SCRUM environments preferred, especially with collaborative, iterative development settings.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
