The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow Customer Service Module (CSM). The ideal candidate will ensure the project stays on track, hold team members accountable, and manage ongoing support and enhancements to our Salesforce platform. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with experience in project management and ideally will have familiarity with healthcare and/or equipment rental industries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Project Oversight: Lead the implementation of the ServiceNow Customer Service Module (CSM) from planning through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Hold team members accountable for deliverables, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Project Management: Utilize SmartSheet to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- System Enhancement: Oversee ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Salesforce to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring that requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address project challenges proactively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates, reports, and performance metrics. Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and other orders and to all company policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, including system implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the medical equipment rental industry or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in SmartSheet or other project management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
