Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Create and maintain job postings in a variety of systems including Indeed, LinkedIn, Paylocity, social media, etc.
- Manage applicant tracking systems in Paylocity, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Be proactive in sourcing new candidates by reaching out to prospective candidates versus waiting for applications to come in.
- Consider candidates from diverse social groups and backgrounds using consistent, structured, job-related selection tools.
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
- Lead interviews in-person and virtually ensuring appropriate questions are being asked.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses.
- Conduct reference checks once the candidate has been identified.
- Ensure a positive hiring experience for the candidate by responding to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner and providing accurate information about their onboarding and orientation.
- Adheres to all federal and state laws regarding employment and Human Resources practices and standards.
- Cross trained to perform Day 1 orientation and onboarding to new hires.
- Responsible for guiding new employees through the onboarding process in coordination with the Director of Human Resources, ensuring that they feel welcome, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles.
- Lead new hire orientation sessions, providing an overview of company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a culture champion promoting workplace positivity. Demonstrate core values daily.
Experience:
- 2 years of recruiting required.
- 1 year of healthcare recruiting required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with working high volume of job requisitions at one time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with HRMS, Paylocity preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws related to interviewing and hiring.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Credentials:
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
