Job Summary: Accounts Receivable Supervisor would oversee a team of billers and all aspects of the monthly billing process, collections and aging reviews.
Job description:
- Supervise a team of billers to ensure maximum collection rates
- Oversee monthly billing, collections, aging reviews
- Cultivate a positive work environment
- Train, guide, and coach employees to grow into their full potential
- Interface with clients to ensure successful client relationship including reporting, regular check in calls, strategize with clients to resolve RCM related issues

Qualifications
Qualifications: 5 yrs experience in SNF billing, at least 2 years experience in supervisory role. position requires strong leadership and communication skills, ability to coach others to succeed, able to meet deadlines under pressure, organized/detail oriented, team player.
