Description
Paradigm Healthcare is searching for a talented and driven Director of Brand Management! We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to the individuals we serve. A Brand Manager is responsible for building the brand and image of an organization, and its services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Website design and management
- Achieving profit targets, timelines and budgets
- Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)
- Liaising with the Marketing Managers
- Product and advertising placement
- Develop illustrations, logos, flyers, and other designs using software
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Work with collogues to produce the final design
- Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved

Qualifications
Experience
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- Branding experience in healthcare preferred
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in marketing or communications is a plus
