What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician in accordance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
- Follow individualized care plans to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and quality care.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including performing CPR, in line with resident wishes and facility policies.
- Conduct frequent rounds to support residents and ensure nursing staff are meeting care standards.
- Maintain respect for residents’ dignity, privacy, and overall well-being.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered LVN license to practice in the State.
- Certificate in Vocational Nursing required.
- Six (6) months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, strong organizational skills, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Internet use.
