Paradigm HomeCare is a 5-star CMS-rated, clinician-owned home health agency with 9 locations across Texas. We’ve expanded into Austin and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to grow our referral network and support our mission to deliver exceptional care in the home.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and clinics
- Drive Medicare episodic admissions and meet/exceed monthly goals
- Make 10–12 daily sales calls in your assigned territory
- Educate providers on Paradigm’s specialty programs (e.g., wound care, dementia, pulmonary rehab)
- Use CRM to manage accounts and track progress
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of healthcare sales experience (home health preferred)
- Established referral relationships in the Austin market
- High sense of urgency and competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently
