PRN Physical Therapist Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement plan of care in consultation with physical therapist and other careteam members.
- Communicate findings or changes in regard to patients back to the physical therapist and other careteam members.
- Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
- Solution driven, selfmotivated, and inspiring to patients to reach their goals.
- Work independently without direct oversight.
- Able to discern when to call for support and communicate challenges.
- Familiar and comfortable with technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Certification in BSL/CPR
- Home Health Experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
- Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus
