This is a remote position.
Paradigm is searching for an Associate Software Engineer to support our client a global leader in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform. This individual will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative Power Platform solutions through partnerships with business stakeholders project managers business analysts other developers and leaders across multiple departments and business units.
Type : 1 year contract
Location : Remote Must be located 50 miles from either Beaverton OR or Phoenix AZ

As an Associate Software Engineer you will :
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Power Platform and provide guidance to other team members and makers on best practices around items such as solution design application lifecycle management data loss prevention and environment strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders project managers and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements and provide recommendations around the design development and support of new and existing Power Platform solutions including the integration of thirdparty applications.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications architectural diagrams and other design artifacts.
- Ensure that Power Platform solutions are monitored supported and built for high availability.
- Stay current with new features and capabilities in the Power Platform and make recommendations for their use as appropriate.
- Mentor other team members on Power Platform development and best practices
