Job Description
Paradigm is currently in search of an Inventory Control Specialist to work for our client in the audiovisual industry in Tigard. This onsite role would provide material support in a Lean Manufacturing environment by monitoring the accuracy of inventory, assuring daily resolution of errors identified by cycle counts and assuring timely and accurate completing of counting journals. Must be able to work a 6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm training shift then 1 : 30 pm-10 pm PST regular shift thereafter.

Location : Onsite / Tigard, Oregon
Shift : Monday-Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM PST

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will :
- Maintain the daily cycle count program requiring inventory count accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer transaction corrections, inventory adjustments, and negative balance adjustments.
- Liaise with the Manufacturing department to troubleshoot and rectify problems arising from inventory transaction errors.
- Perform cycle counts as needed to resolve discrepancies.
- Update cycle count reports and documentation.
- Train employees on cycle counts.
- Participate in annual inventory audits.
- Support continuous improvement.
- Assist in disposition of end of life inventory.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
