Paradigm is currently looking for a Refill Material Handler to work for our client in Tigard Oregon. The ideal candidate will have experience providing material support within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
A Material Handler flexes easily between tasks and seeks to be proficient at all tasks within their assigned functional area.
Must be able to work an onsite schedule MondayThursday from 5 am3 : 30 pm PST.

Schedule : 3 : 15PM 1 : 45AM PST MondayThursday

As a Refill Material Handler you will :
Delivers material to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals
Stores and retrieves parts in warehouse using firstin firstout process
Accurately performs inventory transactions and adjustments
Actively participates in daily in Tier 1 Daily Management System (DMS) meetings
Contributes to continuous improvement projects
Keeps work area well organized and clean
Assists with performing cycle counts
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Our experience and skills wish list includes :
01 years of related work experience.
PPE is required.
Must be forklift certified or capable of becoming forklift certified.
Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred but not required
Familiarity with computers and Windows based applications is preferred
Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily production data
Possesses excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Must be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and diffuse challenging situations using acceptable and appropriate methods
Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals
Attendance is a critical function of this position
