This is a remote position.
Paradigm in seeking a SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist to support our client, a global provider of legal services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing robust solutions in SQL Server for Legal Services projects.

As the SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist, you will :
- Working as part of a high functioning team, the SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing robust solutions in SQL Server for Legal Services projects
- Defines and develops solutions with minimal direction through collaboration with Solutions Architects and consultation with Project Managers
- Thinks strategically, with an equal focus on developing and communicating practical solutions that exceed client expectations
- Is detail oriented but flexible, ready to adapt to changing needs and priorities, cycling in and out of projects and embracing alternative paths to solutions
- Enjoys the challenge of solving complex (and potentially under-defined) problems as a member of a high-performance team
