Role Type: 12 month contract
Location: onsite - Kansas City, MO or Houston, TX
No remote work is allowed

Description:
- Working with IT team to build out data governance procedures - defining security - data architecture
- Works closely with analyst - HR data
- Wants someone to understand Data Governance and how it pertains to HR- Oracle, HR data - they are currently on prem Oracle business suite
Responsibilities
- Assisting in data management, governance, and data quality of HR master data with other functional data owners
- Defining key data elements for HR specific templates and collaborate with IT on the data build, test, and implementation
- Curating and cataloging the HR data elements
- Implementing role-based data security leveraging HR business requirements and IT design support
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including data lineage and data flow diagrams
- Participating in the support of data governance program strategies, roadmaps, and project plans
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement policies
- Data Governance - Designing, developing, and implementing data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality
