We are looking for a local contract Sr. PM to lead a migration effort in the communications space at our MN client. Client uses Pega as their enterprise engine to drive engagement with their current and prospective members. The system involves a variety of functions including personalization, email campaigns, mobile engagement, push/pull data, and ultimately drives decisioning to assist them with recommendations to best engage with their target audience. PM will report to PMO, but will engage heavily with both technology and marketing. Pega experience would be a huge plus, but is not required. They are ultimately referring to the project as Pega 2.0 with the goal of driving a much more personalized engagement with current & prospective members.
Ideal candidate:
10 years project management experience
*Business Analyst background preferred, but not required
*PM needs experience in technology, marketing and also some type of data (analytics, aggregation, etc)
1 - Would have a background in technology, marketing and the data space.
2 - Be a strong communicator, detailed/organized and someone that can play neutral ground across all of the players.
3 - Be the key driver of the effort working closely with our managers and directors of the technology and marketing spaces.
4 - On-site 3 days / week
