Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on the selection process.
Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements related to hiring.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, from entry-level to skilled labor positions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing job requirements, including technical and safety standards.
Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards, as well as social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a high level of energy and a passion for sourcing top talent.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
