As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Service Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site visits and facility assessments to recommend tailored HVAC service solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service sales (3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in HVACR - Refrigeration Sales is a plus!
