What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Human Resources Admin position at Paradigm Operating Co, LLC?
Paradigm Windows is seeking a driven entry-level Seasonal Human Resources Admin. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Admin will provide administrative support to the HR Team, and assist with direct labor recruiting, and more.
This is an in-office position. Daily commuting to our company location in Portland, ME is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with for the full cycle recruiting process of production labor positions. Included but not limited to job postings, screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
- Leads and organizes new hire orientation.
- Represent the organization at Career Fairs and recruiting events.
- Prepare HR Documents such as new hire/termination paperwork, FMLA documentation and more.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events/ employee engagement activities.
- Entering data into our HRIS System UKG Ready.
- Maintains the integrity and high confidentiality of human resource files and information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree in related field required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
