As an Oral Surgeon at Paradigm Oral Health, you will specialize in surgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients to determine their needs and treatment goals.
- Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
- Develop a patient-centric approach while maintaining a referral doctor-centric mindset.
Requirements:
- A single or dual degree is required for this role.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility is mandatory.
- Must be in good standing with the Board and current on all licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
Skill Set:
- Understand the importance of a referral base and how to expand/grow it.
- Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
- Implant-oriented with a desire to master the skill at the highest level.
