Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our practice, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients, referring offices, and our clinical team. This includes:

• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to optimize clinical efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members
• Collecting patient payments and processing insurance claims
• Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure effective patient care and coordination

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting; experience in oral surgery a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
