Paradigm currently has an opening for two (2) Med / Surg Registered Nurses to perform medical / surgical nursing services at the Parker Indian Health Center in Parker, Arizona.
PAY RATE
45 / hr.

HOURS OF WORK
Position 1 : 12-hours shifts - 0700 to 1930 hours
Position 2 : 12-hours shifts - 1900 to 0730 hours
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Registered Nurse License in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
2. Current CPR / BLS
3. Professional Liability Insurance (Paradigm will provide policy)
4. Minimum 2 years Medical / Surgical Registered Nurse experience
5. Supervisory experience preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILILITIES
1. High level of proficiency with Microsoft office applications, hospital software applications.
2. Ability to think critically and multitask in a high-pressure situation.
3. Ability to organize and manage an office setting and work with all.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member; establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with members of the interdisciplinary team, and exercise judgment by participating in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to college standards.
5. Behavior consistent with the hospital's Standards of Performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs according to the Standards of Professional Practice set out by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and in compliance with the policies, procedures, and standards of the facility
2. Accepts clinical responsibility and professional accountability for the care delivered to assigned patients.
3. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, fulfilling responsibilities as such.
4. Complies with The Ethical Framework for Registered Nurses in Arizona
5. Provide direction, guidance, supervision
SPECIFIC DUTIES :

2. Must provide satisfactory Level 2 Background Check
3. Must maintain Certified Registered Nurse License in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
