Position Overview
Paradigm is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to provide direct diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services to patients of all ages, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals at the Northern Cheyenne Health Center Service Unit.
Hourly Rate:
$65/hr. (Independent Contractor)

Schedule & Period of Performance
- Work Schedule: Twice a month on a weekday for 4-8 hours per visit.
- Contract Term: Twelve (12) months with four (4) additional 12-month option years.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Current, unrestricted Audiology license from any U.S. state, U.S. island, or the District of Columbia.
- Education: Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited U.S. university.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of Audiology experience.
- Professional Liability Insurance: Required.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Patient Scheduling: Coordinate with the Service Unit staff to schedule patients in advance. Each clinic day will be 4-8 hours with a minimum of 12 patients per session.
- Audiological Evaluations: Perform selection, provision, and interpretation of comprehensive audiological evaluations.
- Hearing Rehabilitation Services: Provide audiological rehabilitation services, including hearing aid fittings and adjustments.
- Newborn Hearing Screening: Participate in the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program.
- Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain inventory, accessories, and calibration for audiology equipment and hearing aid services.
- Documentation: Properly document all services provided in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Additional Clinic Option
The audiologist will provide two (2) clinics per month with the option to add up to 10 additional clinics per year, depending on patient caseload. These optional clinic days will also be 4-8 hours in length with a minimum of 12 patients per session.
