What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Community Cleaner position at Paradigm Properties Group?
This position involves cleaning of common hallway/entryway areas, fitness center, community center, restrooms, leasing office, business rooms and residential apartments/ townhomes, when residents vacate.
An eye for detail is a must to restore the cleanliness to a like new status for all future residents and current ones utilizing the common amenities. Deep cleaning is required and not just surface cleaning as the next tenants do not expect to live in the previous tenants dirt.
Grounds pick up can be requested from time to time as the need arises. All cleaning supplies are supplied by the property for the daily tasks.
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
Added duties could include straightening of pool furniture, moving of community center furniture, set up for resident events, outdoor trash pick-up, and anything else to help the overall appearance of our community.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
