Occupational Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university
- Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York
- Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required)
- CPR Certification
- Health Insurance

Salary : $70 - $90
