Paradigm Residential Services Inc. is hiring a House Supervisor. Monday-Friday 7am – 3pm, with scheduling flexibility as needed. As a House Supervisor, you will be providing community-based supports, under Minnesota 245D, we work with higher functioning clients that have incurred a brain injury and/or have mental health issues.
The position starts out at $41,600.00/year, will consider different wage based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the resident's home, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Supervise and support staff in providing high-quality care to residents, including those with developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized care plans, as set up by care team.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Work as a team member with Program Director and fellow House Supervisors.
