Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and manage a territory across Southeast Iowa, with a focus on supporting and growing relationships with independent dealers. The ideal candidate has direct experience in kitchen and bath design, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Bertch Cabinetry is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a territory of independent kitchen & bath dealers in Southeast Iowa
- Provide in-person product support, design guidance, and dealer training
- Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Represent MasterBrand cabinet lines, with a focus on Bertch Cabinetry
- Act as a resource and problem-solver for customer needs and project challenges
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen and bath design is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Previous experience selling Bertch Cabinetry is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Southeast Iowa

Pay: $68,520.00 - $78,392.00 per year
