Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a mental health professional to join our growing clinical team. We are dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and couples in the Raleigh area. As a team, we provide ongoing supervision as well as a community to grow in as a therapist. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and passion for strengthening marriages and relationships through Christian values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult (individual, couples, family's) and children therapy using a blend of evidence-based practices (EFT, ACT, etc.)
• Facilitate sessions that foster improved communication, conflict resolution, and spiritual alignment in relationships.
• Focus on continuing your desired specialization through trainings, continuing education, etc.
• Collaborate with church leadership, pastors, or other mental health professionals to support clients holistically.
• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions.
• Stay current on ethical and clinical best practices.

Qualifications

• Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fully licensed or pursuing licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience counseling couples and individuals
• Familiarity with integrating faith and therapeutic techniques effectively and ethically.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Humility: A willingness to grow in and outside of the therapy room.
• Eagerness: A passion for helping others grow in their relationships and faith.
• Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to navigate sensitive topics in session with grace and empathy.
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (In-person)
