Operations & Fulfillment Associate
Job Description :
As an Operations & Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient processing of orders, accurate shipping, inventory management, and invoicing. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Previous experience with NetSuite and shipping is a plus, as well as an understanding of invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Process customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping in a timely manner.
Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
Communicate with our warehouse and freight forwarders to prepare and ship orders correctly, tracking packages as necessary.
Assist with the daily operations of NetSuite for order processing, inventory management, and invoicing.
Create and process invoices for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any shipping or order-related issues.
Assist in managing incoming shipments, ensuring that products are accurately received and stocked.
Provide general administrative support for operations as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Previous experience in operations, fulfillment, or logistics preferred but not required.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus (training can be provided).
Familiarity with basic shipping and logistics processes.
Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
