We are seeking a remote Director Advanced Analytics. The position supports advanced analytics for the enterprise including but not limited to Analytics to clients, prospects and business partners, and provides decision support services to executive management.

We are seeking a remote Director Advanced Analytics. The position supports advanced analytics for the enterprise including but not limited to Analytics to clients, prospects and business partners, and provides decision support services to executive management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex data analysis project(s) involving but not limited to, advanced statistical modeling techniques, predictive modeling, large language models, data cleaning and preparation
- Understanding of key business metrics and KPIs that support business stakeholders
- Translation of data into actionable insights for business decision-making with communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team leadership and personnel management as assigned by Senior Management.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, SQL or equivalent
- Partner with Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs Clinical Research Group to ensure statistical and clinical models are appropriate and effective
- Maintains ongoing awareness of industry and clinical trends and research that impact the activities related to Paradigm’s business
- Maintain knowledge and general awareness of trends, standards and current events relative to health care analytics and economics across all payer types
- Other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in a health care analytics group
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effective project leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to address customer and internal requests
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals with wide backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze difficult situations, problems and data; and to develop feasible and effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop/implement strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to attend to diverse tasks with wide variety of objectives.
