What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Paradigm?
Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a HR Coordinator (located in Madison, WI) to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
What You Will Do:
- Full Cycle Recruitment (50% ideally/target)
- You will conduct phone screens, schedule complex interview schedules, maintain candidate communication, and facilitate the interview process.
- You will learn how to source applicants using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You will assemble and send gift boxes to our New Hires.
- You will recruit for, organize, and run Paradigms internship program.
- You will assist in creating social media posts.
- You will prepare for and attend career fairs with our Manager of Talent Acquisition to serve as a representative of Paradigm.
- General HR Support (50% ideally/target)
- You will oversee our online Employee Store.
- You will manage our Employee Knowledge Base website, including updating employee birthdays and anniversaries, monitoring the HR employee suggestion box, adding names of Paradigm Proud Experience winners, and other general updates.
- You will aid in Onboarding of New Hires including I-9 Document Review, leading a welcome meeting on employees first days, and more.
- You will be in charge of extracurricular funding approval and charitable matching programs.
- You will create HR documentation.
- You will create surveys and analyze results using Survey Monkey.
- You will be responsible for project work. Examples may include Employee Recognition Programs (maintenance and communication)- Pioneers, Perks & Impressions, rebranding documents for Paradigms use, and More!
- We are a scrappy HR dept. If coffee needs to get made-we do it. If furniture needs to be moved-we step up. You must be willing to help out with some random, outside of the traditional role duties as they arise.
- This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of onsite collaboration, daily to start with the goal of being able to be 50/50.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You will have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- You must love juggling multiple priorities. Organized chaos is where you thrive.
- You have excellent customer service and strong communication (both written & verbal). You are very organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work individually as well as with a team and have the ability to establish and develop relationships with a variety of different people.
- You are driven and able to coordinate projects independently.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $49,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
