We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Billings, MT area. A Field Case Manager role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way, to doctors' offices, hospitals, and various other locations. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. You must have the ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight, and the desire to build and navigate relationships with injured workers, providers, insurance companies, employers, and attorneys.

Qualifications:
- :Current, unencumbered compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in MT
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases preferred
- Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN) preferred. REQUIRED within two years of the date of hire
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving history
