The US Land Sale Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the market share of Driver tool rentals in US land markets. This role will require a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions to drilling contractors and operators.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow Driver tool rentals in targeted US land markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalise on them.
Relationship Management
- Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including drilling contractors and operators.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Customer-Centric Solutions
- Engage with Clients to understand their operational challenges and position Driver tools as the optimal solution to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Sales Execution
- Prepare compelling proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure high-value deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyse market data to provide insights on customer demand, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs and emerging trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Strong Understanding of US land drilling markets, tools and customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to close high value deals and manage complex negotiations.
