What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Paradis HS?
Home health agency seeking Part-Time and Full Registered Nurses.
Your Duties:
- Coordinate and provide total care for patients.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with the Paradis HS Team and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing care.
- Assesses patient's condition and needs sets goals, and prescribes appropriate actions to meet those goals and the age-related, physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
- Assigns care to team members per the patient’s needs and the personnel’s capabilities and qualifications.
- Assess and evaluate the patient’s response to the care plan and prioritize and implement appropriate changes to the plan.
Collaborate, assess, and coordinate discharge planning needs with other healthcare team members. - Ensuring documents are always up-to-date.
Nurses Estimated Hourly (Depends on experience) : $35 - $52/hourly
Nurses' Yearly Earnings depend solely on work activity with the agency.
Registered Nurses (RN) Requirements:
- Graduate for an Accredited Program and have a current License in the state of Florida
- Current certification as BLS Healthcare Provider
- The employee must demonstrate the ability to provide care based on psychosocial, physical, emotional, and related safety criteria
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner for the age group assigned
- Analytical/ critical thinking skills and decisive judgment necessary to recognize changes in condition.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Manage stress, handle multiple priorities, make decisions under pressure- Ability to work with all members of the healthcare team ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Ability to perform specific competencies listed in the RN competency form.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to document relevant patient care initiatives
- Work to meet patient care needs
- Demonstrate ability to perform skills and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to perform vital signs
- Collects daily patient data relevant to patient condition,
- Demonstrate ability to document vital signs and report abnormal results to RN assigned to the case
- Assures patient safety is maintained at all times, demonstrate the ability to identify situations that place all patients at risk
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid FL RN, PT, OT, or any working licenses up to date.
You are willing to travel to the private care patients assigned throughout Palm Beach County & Martin County
1 years of experience in Hospital, Home Health, or Physical Therapy.
Current CPR/BLS Certification ( We may be able to help obtain if expired)

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
