Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize surfaces such as countertops, restrooms, and communal areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with team members.
