LOCATION: We are currently located at 5393 Wesleyan Dr Ste 101, Va Beach, 23455 WE WILL BE RELOCTING AS OF MARCH 1'st to 1423 N. Great Neck Rd Ste 103a, Va Beach, 23454- please be sure the commute will suit your needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional customer service. You will be the first interaction between Paradise Found and New & Existing clients, your positive energy will be so important to us!
- Gently and professionally communicating and upholding spa policies with our clients.
- Spa Laundry.
- Cleaning.
- You will be expected to become familiar with our services to inform new inquiring clients.
- Miscellaneous office tasks.
Skills required:
- Former Reception experience.
- Focus and Critical thinking.
- Multitasking.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role to maintain a calm, confident, and welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and learning new software quickly (experience with scheduling systems is a plus).
- You will be trained to work with our scheduling system to schedule appointments and enter data.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Schedules:
Part Time.
You must be able to work weekends.
We need someone with flexibility to cover shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
We are looking for someone who has good focus, detail oriented, is reliable and punctual.
