Le Shrimp is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.
Le Shrimp is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently for our US location.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including schedules, inventory, and performance reports.
- Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Pay: $17.50 - $30.50 per hour
