A great foot-in-the-door opportunity and a chance to spend this summer working at a ranch surrounded by over a million acres of the BigHorn National Forest.
Paradise Guest Ranch is looking for a prep cook for their 2025 season. Seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual looking to gain experience in the kitchen.
Our ranch dining room feeds 100 people breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hours: 5am – 1-2pm
Start Mid-May thru September 25th.
Primary responsibilities to cook breakfast 6 days week for 125 staff and guests
Cook for staff / a la carte 50 staff from 7:00- 7:30
Cook for guests 7:30 – 8:30 ( 75 guests)
- Competent breakfast cook, to cook eggs to order and daily specials
- All breakfast prep, could include daily specials, fruit trays, pancake prep, potato prep, meats
- Work with Chef or owners to create daily breakfast specials
- Additional prep work , could include, salad bar, lunch or dinner, appetizer prep
- Maintain clean work area, assist in deliveries
- Salary contingent on experience
- Additional bonus paid at the end of season
- Room & board included
