Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere while promoting menu items and specials.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with health department guidelines.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending role or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- A background in fine dining or hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to assist guests effectively.

Pay: $15.69 - $16.67 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
