In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to top-tier service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members—both in-person and over the phone.
Provide friendly and professional communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Manage appointment scheduling, including coordinating client meetings and team schedules.
Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Ensuring the reception and conference areas are ready to receive clients at all times.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Assist with client follow-ups, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
