Paradise Landscaping, a leader in high-end landscape management and construction services, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee operations, actively participate in day-to-day activities, and ensure our team delivers exceptional results for our clients. This is a dynamic role for a leader who thrives in the field and the office, with the opportunity to drive growth and innovation at a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead by example, working alongside team members in the field and in the office to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service.Oversee daily operations across maintenance and construction teams, providing hands-on support where needed.Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.Build strong relationships with clients, conducting site visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.Monitor equipment and materials to ensure proper use and availability for projects.Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for growth and improvement.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in landscaping, construction, Turf Care, Irrigation, and Maintenance with a strong knowledge of field operations.Leadership experience with a hands-on approach and the ability to inspire and manage a team.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and leadership.Ability to work in the field and adapt to the physical demands of the job as needed.Valid driver’s license with a clean record.Familiarity with operational software and basic business management principles is a plus.Why Join Paradise Landscaping?
