We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass.
- Execute groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
- Assist in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and principles.
- Experience in tree trimming techniques and safe practices.
- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining and repairing lawn care equipment.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation methods.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques including aeration, overseeding, and pest control.
- Competence in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like blowers and trimmers.
- Understanding of irrigation systems design and maintenance for optimal garden health.
- A passion for gardening with an eye for detail in landscape aesthetics.
