Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential plumbing services, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide expert solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, faucets, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential plumbing concerns before they become major issues.
• Offer expert advice and recommend solutions that best meet customer needs.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Document services, materials used, and time spent on each job efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Represent Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Proven experience in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to handle job demands, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
