Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Pool Supervisor with at least 1 year of Pool Manager experience to oversee and manage multiple commercial pool service contracts. This role combines technical pool maintenance, staff management, and customer service, making it ideal for individuals who are highly organized and thrive in leadership positions.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing 15-25 pools within a geographical area and visiting each site at least 3 times per week to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Pool Maintenance & Service:
- Program automated controls.
- Vacuum and clean pools.
- Balance chemicals and clean filters.
- Troubleshoot basic filter system issues.
- Staff & Client Management:
- Supervise and manage lifeguards and pool operations.
- Maintain communication with property/community managers and board members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of Pool Manager experience.
- Familiarity with cleaning pools and managing a pool route.
- Ability to maintain pool filtration systems.
- Comfortable with hand tools and basic mechanical problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Lifeguard Certification with CPR/First Aid/AED.
- Pool Operator Certification.
- Preferred:
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience managing pools and supervising lifeguards.
