We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as Superintendent of the Paradise Unified School District. As the district's chief administrative officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the district, including human resources, finance, and facilities management.

- Developing a sense of community that ensures success for career and/or college readiness
- Improving instructional practices through the PLC process
- Increasing student attendance through targeted interventions
- Providing emotional wellness strategies through RULER
- Preparing students for college and/or career readiness
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and services that align with state and federal standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Maintain open communication with the Board of Trustees, ensuring transparency and accountability in all decision-making processes.
- Foster partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to support student learning and district initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential
- Masters Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Letter of Intent addressing qualifications and leadership philosophy
- Resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications
- Three letters of recommendation (dated within the last year)
- District level administrative experience (superintendent or principal experience required)
