The Paradise Grill Bistro Attendant at Paradise Valley Country Club is responsible for providing exceptional service to Members and guests in the bistro. This role includes taking food orders in a friendly and efficient manner, accurately charging Member accounts using the point of sale system, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and surrounding areas. The Bistro Attendant also prepares a variety of drinks for customers, clears and cleans tables promptly, and runs food orders to tables efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take food orders from Members and guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Use the point of sale system to charge Member accounts accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and surrounding areas.
- Prepare a variety of drinks for customers, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Clear and clean tables promptly to provide an inviting dining environment.
- Run food orders to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work in a fast-paced and casual environment with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service to members using the pool, tennis, and golf facilities.
- Be available for shifts at various times, including 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to meet business needs.
